Products

Our product is a multi-capacity double deck trailer. Multi-capacity means that it may haul a variety of things like cars, boats, ATV's, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, motorcycles... several at one time. Each trailer is custom made for each customer, making it "the take it with you solution."

The trailer has both upper and lower decks. The upper deck has a concealed hydraulic lowering system that smoothly lowers the upper deck down to be recessed into the lower deck where it can be loaded and unloaded. A boat or several personal watercraft can be floated on. With an optional insert, a small car, golf cart or several ATV's can be driven onto it. Using the hydraulic system, this deck is raised and locked into place, then the lower deck is ready to be loaded.

The lower deck will accommodate a vehicle as large as a Suburban and with optional inserts will carry another boat or ATV's.

The trailer is constructed of 2" x 4", 2" x 5" or 2" x 6" (depending on the model) heavy wall box steel tubing. Both torsion axles have brakes on all wheels, with a total axle capacity up to 14,000 pounds. Most trailers only need a total axle capacity up to 12,000 pounds and for lighter applications up to 7,000 pounds. The double deck trailer will handle as much as a Suburban on the bottom and a 22 foot boat on the top. Currently, there are many double deck trailers being used by the public giving dependable service. Custom applications are also available.
